  • Manage the financial grant lifecycle by creating budgets, tracking spending, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance so we’re always audit-ready.
  • Partner with leadership and staff to make sure financial information tells a clear story of impact and stewardship.
  • Process payroll (you’ll be the office favorite for this!) and manage 401(k) administration with precision and care.
  • Prepare financial statements, support audits, and help shape the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Use data and reporting tools to spot trends, guide decisions, and turn numbers into actionable strategies and stories of success.
  • Serve as a systems champion, improving processes, streamlining workflows, and identifying efficiencies that align financial health with mission impact.
  • Contribute to fundraising proposals, revenue strategies, and financial modeling and analysis to inform decision-making for long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Develop strong internal controls to protect organizational assets, minimize risk, and ensure transparency.
  • Maintain a squeaky clean, organized chart of accounts aligned with programs, grants, and donor requirements.
  • Analyze financial performance and proactively recommend strategies for cost optimization, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and supporting the organization’s mission through sound financial health and stewardship.
Culture & Benefits
  • We take our work seriously, but we laugh hard, celebrate big, and we’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Our culture blends heart, strategy, humor, and values your ideas, input, and well-being.
  • Salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $85,000 / annually depending on experience.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision; 401(k).
  • Generous vacation and sick time; flexible schedule.
  • Life insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability.
Don't meet every single requirement? We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workforce. Studies have shown that women and/or people of color are less likely to apply for a job unless they meet every qualification. If you're excited about this role, and feel a passion for our mission, this feels like it could be your dream job, but your previous experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
